You need an affiliate code (also referred to as the agent token), we use affiliate codes to track referrals and to record commission, when you register as an affiliate you create this affiliate code.
Once I have my affiliate code, how do I use it to earn commission?
You can share you affiliate code with clients, if they enter your affiliate code with their booking, you will earn commission.
You can create links to TravelPilot’s website and post them on your website, blog or social media content. If a user follows a link from anywhere on the internet to active content on TravelPilot.co.za, you will earn commission on every booking they make.
You can make a booking on behalf of your clients using your affiliate code.
How else can I use my affiliate registration?
If you are signed in to your TravelPilot account you will be signed in as a Travel Pilot Agent. Bookings made as an Agent qualify for a discount equal to the commission.
What are the affiliate registration fees?
Registering as an affiliate is free.

No, there are no minimum target requirements.
What do I need to become an affiliate?
To start your affiliate registration, we need your basic contact information and an active email address.
When is the commission due to me?
During the following payout cycle after the service is rendered.
How much commission can I earn as an affiliate or agent?
Our commission is calculated on a profit share basis and may change from time to time. You can calculate the current commission rate using the commission calculator.
How is my commission paid?
Via EFT directly into your South African bank account.
Can I earn commission in my non South African bank account?
